DPG Illustration Comparison
Wise pet owner lent her wisdom and the DPG had it all wrong. The Bumblefoot disease is mostly restricted to animals held in captivity (which doesn't count for the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park/World). I took the liberty of rendering one of, JKArt's Dinosaur Protection Group Illustration as a mean more realistic. JK's art is amazing and quite compelling....greatly detail. However, as what he seems to be a Mainstream Jurassic fan, he doesn't value the accuracy of both the natural world in Paleontology and Jurassic Park in this piece respectively.
Working with many changes and references my main focus was choosing a more logical disease for this poor Suchomimus to have....since it looks "dead". Doing the research the Newcastle disease was the most appropriate (if you are familiar with the disease) adding in lesions and tumors around the body and head. The last touches were adding the large claw and teeth for the Sucho and the accurate colors for it and the T.Rex.
Final Rendition. Colors for Rexy are now accurate to her film portrayal. Fixed the length of the frontal limbs. Fixed the Sucho too. With further study on bird diseases I removed the Bumblefoot disease, as this is only susceptible to birds in captivity.

New Render. A complete cast of dinosaurs to work with. Took about a couple of weeks to finish.
The famous, hardly seen, female Parasaurolophus. It is such a shame we never see these variant in any other Jurassic films.
The newest addition to the park: Pterodactylus.

Compy male. Compy males are, you guessed it, have more vivid than females: Blue spots around the head, darker greens with stripes on their backs and brighter underbellies. As the mature some male will develop a red pouch under their necks.
Compy female. Female lack the reddish pouch and markings on their backs. Their greens are warmer and are riddled with soft brown undertones.
You know it was a good day when Jaroslav illustrated the Gallis... means a bunch of creative steps for coloring in unique patterns; a nod to the original Jurassic Park.
Got creative and added in a melanistic Compy. In reference to the TLW promotional shot featuring a black compy.
